Winter Restorative 20 Hour Module

Aloha and E Komo Mai, Hello and Welcome to this 2 part Module Series.

We are going to dive deep into the essence of Winter Yin/Ayurveda/Meditation and Breathwork.

Each season we will be offering different modules to reflect the doshas of the season as they correlate with Ayurvedic and Yin principles.
