Beautiful Cedar Home in Wailua Houselots, Eastside, Kauai

For an individual or a couple. No pets or children. Large, quiet yard and wrap around lanai.  Comfortable queen size bed. Large living room with cathedral ceiling, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. Alkaline water filter in kitchen.

Room in the back for reading, meditation, possibly sleeping.  Currently there is a love seat and recliner and a massage table in that room.  The living room has a 65” flat screen smart TV with satellite and surround sound stereo system and many paid streaming apps.

Chemical Free hot tub in back garden with lots of great jets.  An outdoor shower with instant heat behind some clumping bamboo.  Infra Red Sauna on deck.  New washer and dryer in the hallway.  Fully carpeted. Whole house water filtration.

Near beach and stores.  Still need a car to get around.  Underneath the chin of the Sleeping Giant Mountain. Mid way to get to either end of the island.  About 15 minutes north from the airport.

Next to a ballpark on one side and a long flag lot behind the house, with large mango trees in the front for privacy.  Lemon, avocado and lychee trees in the back yard. Kauai is rural and semi tropical and there are critters.  Keeping the screen doors closed helps.  This is not a modern executive style home using toxic extermination pest control. There are also roosters that come and go.

The sublet is for the first floor only.  My bedroom and office are upstairs and are not included in the sublet.

$3000/month which includes biweekly housekeeping, high speed internet, Directtv Satellite, and utilities. There are overhead and stand-alone fans.  If the a/c is used and the electric bill goes over $75 (I do have a 20 panel solar roof) you will need to pay the difference.  $1000 deposit.  My phone number is 808-822-5488 and my name is Joan.
