SoundGate Ministry is a new adventure for me, and a new offering on Kauai.  There is nothing like this on the islands.  Created by Dr. Jeffrey Thompson, this system uses ECG and sound to balance the autonomic nervous system, as well as brainwave entrainment to enter different brainwave frequencies IE… Delta, Theta, alpha… Gamma etc…  For more information check the website which can answer any questions about how it works as well as offering links to the creators website.  If you like rabbit holes, this is a very interesting one.
