My name is Anabel Arellano and I am grateful to be moving back to island. I lived on The Garden Isle from 2014 to 2018.

I would love to extend my Holistic Practitioner and Personal Assistant services to those that may need an extra hand in their Personal &/or Professional matters, to bring more ease in their day-to-day, short and long term projects.

I am Certified Holistic Health Care & Nutritional Practitioner, Certified Nursing Assistant & Massage Therapist (Licensed in Hawaii, Florida and Maryland). I am also a Reiki Master, Certified Hypnotherapist, Manual Lymphatic Drainage Specialist, Health Educator, Holistic Lab Technician, Sound Healing Facilitator and Access Bars Practitioner. Prior to stepping fully into my role as a Holistic Alchemist I was a Project/Program Manager in the federal contracting world within IT and Communications. I bring a synergy of many skillsets and experience into my current work to support, coach and mentor many clients. My desire to be of service and skillset has come from life time(s) of personal experiences that lead to receiving profound healings that I then wanted to learn and master so I became certified so I could share my stories and success rates with our communities too.

While on the mainland I opened up my own wellness center and attributed to private caregiving for pre and post op care with focus on patient recovery and optimal health and wellness plans for wellBEing maintenance, which included Holistic Health Exams and many modalities to support the connection and ascension of mind, body & spirit along each ones journey! Some are working with dis-ease and others taking a pro active and preventative approach to longevity…

I also had the opportunity to work at Hippocrates Wellness in West Palm Beach, Florida where I assisted in managing the Spa & Harmony Center. That was attributed to the experience I gained with Jeanne Russell at The Dolphin Touch Wellness Center years ago.
